This project explores how negative thoughts can take control of the mind, using a puppet metaphor to make an invisible struggle feel visible. I aimed to create a mental health awareness campaign that is both emotional and direct, encouraging people to recognize these internal battles and seek support. Through this project, I learned how to translate complex emotions into clear visual storytelling and use design to spark awareness and conversation.
