data selfie: triptych poster series

This project is a data-driven self-portrait reflecting my habits, routines, and lifestyle over the course of two weeks. It brings together personal data tracked through everyday activities to create a visual snapshot of myself through infographic design. One poster explores my caffeine consumption, highlighting my dependence on energy drinks and coffee to balance work, school, and lack of sleep. Another focuses on my dinner habits, showcasing favorite meals, takeout culture, and how my schedule affects the way I eat. The last poster visualizes my sleep patterns, nighttime routines, and inconsistent sleep schedule throughout the week.

Designing with consistent colors, typography, and layout helped all three posters feel visually connected, turning separate sets of data into a cohesive series that reflects my personality and everyday life. Through this project, I wanted to transform ordinary statistics into something more personal and expressive, using information design as a way to tell a story about myself.
